This practice is built on a simple idea: you already have more capability than you realise. Sometimes you just need a different perspective, a useful technique, or someone to ask the right questions.
How I Work
I use a mix of approaches — NLP, Hypnosis, and straightforward coaching conversation. The method always fits the person, not the other way around. There's no rigid programme or one-size-fits-all system.
The focus is always forward. Not dwelling on what's wrong, but getting clear on what you want and finding practical ways to get there. Whether that's a specific goal, a change in direction, or just feeling more like yourself.
What I Believe
- People are more capable than they think. Most limits are self-imposed and can be reconsidered.
- Change doesn't have to be dramatic. Small, deliberate shifts compound over time into something significant.
- The best work is practical. Insight is nice, but what actually matters is what you do differently.
- It should feel like a conversation, not therapy. You're not broken. You're just figuring out your next move.
