Sessions
A session is simply a focused conversation. We talk about where you are, where you want to be, and what might help you get there. Sometimes we'll use specific techniques from NLP or Hypnosis. Sometimes we'll just talk and think things through together.
There's no script and no programme. Every session is shaped around what would be most useful for you right now.
Ways to Work Together
One-to-One
Individual sessions focused entirely on you and what you want to work on. Available in person or online.
Group Sessions
Small group workshops exploring specific topics — goal setting, habits, mindset shifts, and practical techniques.
What to Expect
- Before: A brief chat (free, no obligation) to see if this is a good fit. No hard sell — if it's not right, I'll say so.
- During: Focused, practical conversation. You'll come away with something concrete — a new perspective, a technique to practise, or a clear next step.
- After: Whatever follow-up makes sense. Some people want ongoing sessions, others just need one or two. No minimum commitment.
